The RAM EZ-Strap base includes a strap can be cut to fit tubing, square rails and irregular shapes from 13mm to 65mm (0.5" to 2.58") in diameter. The EZ-Strap base contains a pocket that will hold RAM-to-RAM or RAM-to-Garmin Double Ball arms.
